Whether you're tackling a residential or commercial renovation, our architectural drafting and design services are focused on creating functional and beautiful spaces. 

Residential renovation services include load bearing wall removals, home additions, ADUs, deck designs and more.  

Commercial renovation services include change of use permits, office-retail-medical tenant fit-outs renovation designs and permits, and Part 9 designs and permits.

We offer complete design and drawing packages for permit applications, including: 

• Stamped BCIN (Building Code Identification Number) certified architectural construction and structural drawings
• HVAC calculation and design drawings (if required) 
• Schedule 1 forms—mandatory for all Ontario municipalities

Throughout the process we will coordinate with necessary trades as needed. Our residential and commercial renovation design services are available to clients throughout Ontario.
